Unsure about what you want to do with the rest of your life? Let the Kuder Career Planning System help you figure it out.
Kuder® Galaxy – an online early career awareness system that provides interactive activities for elementary students in grades pre-K through five.
Kuder® Navigator – a developmentally appropriate online education and career planning system designed to help middle school and high school students learn about themselves with Kuder's research-based assessments, build an education plan, and prepare for various options after high school.
Kuder® Journey – an intuitive online system designed to help address the education and career planning needs of postsecondary students and diverse adult populations.
Beginning in middle school, this planning system will help you select one or more career paths to explore by matching your interests, skills, and work values to education and career options. Through the Kuder Career Planning System, you can create and continually access your own lifelong career portfolio and update career information as your skills and experience expand. To provide a reliable foundation on which to build your career plans, the system includes three research-based assessments:
1. Kuder® Career Interests Assessment
Begin your career search by discovering your career interests in occupational pathways and clusters. Explore a variety of occupations within your top ranking pathways and clusters. Then, you can directly access individual job sketches, occupational information from trusted sources such as the Occupational Outlook Handbook, sample plans of study for high school and beyond, a college search feature for information on postsecondary options, and more!
2. Kuder® Skills Confidence Assessment
Assess your current skill level for various work-related tasks. After completing both the interests and skills assessments, you will receive a composite report. This report suggests how to proceed with career exploration in each of the pathways and clusters based on your combined results.
3. Kuder® Work Values Assessment
Identify the characteristics or features of occupations that you value. The results will help narrow your list of occupational choices to those that will likely contribute to job satisfaction in the future.
